PURPOSE:
To assist your Airport in complying with the federally mandated National Environmental
Policy Act (NEPA) in implementing airport projects. TMG helps clients determine which
documentation is required from letters of no objection to a full Environmental Impact Statement.
INPUT & INFORMATION NEEDED:
Provided by Client:
1. Existing Master Plans, Capital Improvement Plans, Noise
Compatibility Studies, Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments
2. Base drawings of the airport
Provided by TMG:
1. Established expertise liaising between our clients and regulating agencies
2. Comprehensive maps highlighting areas of environmental concern
3. Documentation of a Categorical Exclusion
4. Environmental Assessment with Finding of No Significant Impact
5. If necessary, a detailed plan for proceeding with an Environmental Impact Statement

OUTPUT & PRODUCT:
A detailed report that presents the environmental impacts to be expected given a particular development
plan. The report specifically outlines impacts to water quality, air quality, solid waste facilities,
noise levels, endangered species and farmland. The report also supplies information on the
impacts of the proposed development on the surrounding communities in terms of disruption and
relocation. It documents eligibility for a Categorical Exclusion or if broadened to an Environmental
Assessment, a Finding of No Significant Impact or, if required, the report acts as a basis for an Environmental
Impact Statement. Documentation is in conformance with FAA Order 5050.4A.
